Famous brand 'WiFi 8-E' friendly routers and smartphones are to be displayed at the Consumer Electronics Show to be held from January 11 to 14. This is the first major upgrade in the long 22 years since its launch in 1996. In this context, WiFi 8-e technology is being added to the new handsets, laptops, TVs, routers and electronic products that are coming to the market this year.

The United Kingdom, the European Union, South Korea, Chile and the United Arab Emirates have already responded positively to the use of 8GHz brand WiFi. Many more countries are going to be added to the list, including Canada, Japan, Mexico and Brazil.

Meanwhile, the new upgrade of WiFi has been code-named WiFi 8-E. The current 2.4 and 5 GHz WiFi devices support the Spectrum brand. And the upgraded WiFi will run at 8 GHz. As a result, the performance and data rate of internet usage will increase many times more than before.
